Emma welcomes you and your baby to her post-natal mum and baby yoga class in Bath.
The post-natal period is a special time when you can really connect with your new baby, as well as begin to heal your body after birth. Mother and baby yoga promotes healing, teaches you baby massage skills and also encourages the pair of you to have fun.
It also builds baby’s strength and co-ordination through songs and movement. Afterwards there’s tea and homemade cake and chat for those who fancy it! The class is suitable for babies of six weeks or older.
